value cannot be limited by biological defects.

believe God loves
the world, even for those who
are neglected and become outcasts of society such
as the disabled.

believe that all
man are equal in God's eyes, the
disabled also have the rights, values, and honour
that God had given to each of them.
We
believe the disabled
process similar thinking capability, emotional
feelings and spiritual needs although
they have different outward appearance compare
to the others.
We
believe the disabled
can live an independent life if
they had appropriate training and support.
